Hello! Today I am sharing with you two cards I made using the Leaf Burst Stencil and the Bloom and Bud Stamp and die set from Altenew. I think these products make elegant looking cards. They’re simple cards yet they make a big statement. 

For the first card I used the Altenew Leaf Burst Stencil and the Tim Holtz Distress Texture Paste. I put the stencil onto the white cardstock and then spread the texture paste on it. When it dried, I use my Picket Fence Blending Brush to blend my Altenew inks Galactic Stream, Teal Cave, Aqualicious and Dew Drops. 

For the sentiments I used Altenew Hugs Script Word Die with Hero arts Black Cardstock and then I heat embossed the Sending Warm Hero Arts Everyday Sentiments on to white cardstock with Versifine Black Ink.  I gave them both some dimension and then added some bling to my card using the Pinkfresh Studio Jewels. These are my favorite jewels. They come in such a great variety pack and you actually get a lot in the little jars. Then topped my sentiment off with some Crystal Clear Nuvo Drops. 

For my second card, I used the Altenew Bloom & Bud Stamp and Die Set, the Feeling Dotty Stencil and the Tim Holtz Distress Texture paste. 

I put the stencil onto the white cardstock and then spread the texture paste on it. When it dried,  I used my Picket Fence Blending Brush to put some Altenew Dew Drops ink very lightly on it. I used the Altenew Hello Scripty Word Die and Gina K Slate Cardstock. I added some dimension to the Hello word die. 

I used my Altenew inks Galactic Stream, Teal Cave, Aqualicious and Dew Drops to do layered stamping for the flowers and leaves. I assembled the cards and put Studio Katia Clear Drops for some added sparkle. I covered the Hello Sentiment in Crystal Clear Nuvo Drops.
