Sorry I’ve been neglecting my blog lately. I’ve been focusing on my YouTube Channel. I’ve been working hard to get as many card making videos up to keep you inspired. For now, I have this very quick and cute encouragement card that I wanted to share with you.

To make this card, all I did was stamp the piece of wood and fish from the Whimsy Stamps Lookin Shark Element Stamp Set with Black copic friendly ink.

Then I colored the body of the fish using copic markers YR04-Chrome Orange, YR07- Cadmium Orange, YR14-Caramel. I colored the bottom of the eyes with C1-Cool Gray and the tongue R11 Pale Cherry

I colored the piece of wood with E35-Chamois and then colored all the grain in the wood with E37-Sepia.

I cut the images out using the Whimsy Stamps Lookin Shark Element Die Set.

I glued foam tape o the back of the wood and fish and then glued them onto a piece of Whimsy Stamps Under the Sea Slimline Paper. I glued a piece of black card stock to the back of the Under the Sea Paper. Then I glued the entire thing to a piece of White card stock folded to 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″

I stamped the sentiment “Just Keep Swimming” from the Lookin Shark Element Stamp set with black ink onto white card stock and then glued it to a piece of black card stock to make a black border around it. Then, I put foam tape on the back of it and adhered it to the piece of wood.

To finish off the card, I glued clear dew drops randomly on to the card.

That completes my card for today. I hope you enjoyed it.
