Hello… How’s everyone doing today?? Fall is here and Halloween is right around the corner. It’s one of my favorite times of the year. I just love to decorate my house with lots of Halloween decor and Fall items. So it doesn’t surprise me that I LOVE making Halloween cards….lol They’re turning out to be one of my favorite type of cards to make. 

Today, I’m going to share with you how I made this quick and easy Halloween card using the Whimsy Stamps Slimline SurReally Cool Pattern Paper.

Step 1.  I take one of the papers from the Whimsy Stamps Slimline SurReally Cool Paper Pack and I cut out the 3 images with my paper trimmer.

Step 2. I take the 2 larges rectangles from the Whimsy Stamps ATC Window Dies and tape them together. I put the smaller one inside the bigger one and tape them in place. I put them on some orange card stock and run them through my Gemini Junior machine.

Step 3. I die cut 2 webs from silver metallic card stock and 2 spiders from black card stock using the Whimsy Stamp Spiders and Webs Die Set.

Step 4. I heat emboss the sentiments Spooky and Trick or Treat from the Whimsy Stamps Trick or Treat House Stamp Set onto a piece of black card stock with silver embossing powder and then cut them down to size with my paper trimmer.

Step 5. I glue the orange frames onto the 3 images.  Then, put foam tape on the back of the images and glue the images onto a piece of black card stock cut to 7 15/16” x 3 ⅜”

Step 6. I glue the webs where I want them to go and then I glue the spiders on the webs. 

Step 7. I put foam tape on the back of the sentiments and adhere them to the card.

Step 8. To finish off the card, I add some Clear Wink of Stella to the spiders to give them some shine. Then, I attach the whole panel to a piece of white card stock cut to 8 ½” x 7” and scored at 3 ½”. Then trim to 8 ⅛” x 3 ½”.

And that completes my card for today.
